So many times when we go to God in prayer we are guilty of saying, God meet my needs; God will you please take care of my wants; God make things turn out the way I want them to."

Have we forgotten thta God of heaven and earth has needs also? Our GOd needs to know thta we love Him. He not only wants us to tell Him this, He wants you to prove thta you love Him by fatihfully serving Him.

This involves spending time with God. It means spending time in prayertalking to Him and sometimes it means shutting up and listening to what He has to say. He needs to knw that you are devoted to Him. That means choosing Him when you have choice.

It is amazing just to think that God wants to answer your prayers but He desires for you and me to be in the proper attitude for prayer.

Read God's word with a new zeal, a new desire. God's word teaches us about God and what He wants.

The major division is between professing Christians today is; those who believe the Bible is true and those who do not.
